POSITION PURPOSE
The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for stocking supplies and the cleanliness of the locker rooms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Flexibility in schedule
- Multi-task orientated
- Ability to perform physical aspects of job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, and reaching
- Attend meetings as required
- Become knowledgeable and provide accurate information to member’s questions and concerns
- Wear RAC uniform

- Overall satisfaction level of members within your area of responsibility
- Feedback and satisfaction level of other RAC Team Members
- Being on time and reporting for all your scheduled shifts

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Average Communication: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly.
Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.
Language Ability: Ability to read and proficiently speak and communicate in English with both guests as well as other RAC personnel.
