Position Title: Custodial/3rd Shift (Overnight)

POSITION PURPOSE
The Maintenance/ housekeeping person is responsible for the club-wide cleaning. This position performs all aspects of the cleaning operations to provide the dependability and availability of all equipment to achieve club goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assists in the completion and execution of major maintenance outages.
- Performs cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor or assistant director.
- Makes recommendations for major repairs based on maintenance history and machine life expectancy.
- Is responsible for attending departmental training as prescribed by supervisor.
- Is responsible for keeping supervisor updated on any problem whether mechanical or personal related.

- Overall satisfaction level of members within your area of responsibility.
- Feedback and satisfaction level of other RAC Team Members.
- Being on time and reporting for all your scheduled shifts.
- Provide a “Member Experience First” for all members and guests.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Average Communication: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly.
Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Physical Strength: Required to perform duties while standing for an extended period of time.
MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.
Language Ability: Ability to read and proficiently speak and communicate in English with both guests as well as other RAC personnel.
