Food Service Training Manager

Opportunity gain leadership skills and to be an essential part of a growing company by training our new Food Service employees in the skills of operating an institutional kitchen.  This position purpose includes training personnel on inventory control and health and safety procedures, creating training procedures and materials, and overseeing new contract start-ups.  Must have two years of demonstrated experience in an institutional kitchen, including training kitchen staff. One year working in a correctional facility is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a requirement for success in this position.
