Kitchen Supervisor- Institutional Kitchen
Opportunity to oversee the kitchen operations and be actively involved with managing food preparation, inventory control, health & sanitation and administrative functions. This person will report to the District Manager.
Requirements:
- One year of experience cooking in an institutional kitchen is preferred
- Strong organization, problem-solving, administration and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and excel spreadsheets
