Bartender - Royal

Royal Golf Course


Position Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Manager,  

Subordinate Staff: None

Basic Functions:  Provide timely, accurate and friendly service to guests while preparing the highest quality beverages.    

Essential Functions:

  1. Take and prepare drink orders for guests, and servers.
  2. Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. 
  3. Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system.
  4. Accept payments, process charges and make accurate change.
  5. Wash and sterilize glassware. 
  6. Assist in restocking and maintaining all areas of the bar in an attractive, functional, and clean manner. 
  7. Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.  Report any maintenance needs to the Food and Beverage Manager immediately. 
  8. Understand completely all policies, procedures, and standards of bar service. 
  9. Sets up and Dismantle Event Bars as Directed.

Education:  none required

Experience:  none required

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
  • Comprehensive understanding of English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
  • Reliable transportation
