Position Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Manager,
Subordinate Staff: None
Basic Functions: Provide timely, accurate and friendly service to guests while preparing the highest quality beverages.
Essential Functions:
- Take and prepare drink orders for guests, and servers.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system.
- Accept payments, process charges and make accurate change.
- Wash and sterilize glassware.
- Assist in restocking and maintaining all areas of the bar in an attractive, functional, and clean manner.
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition. Report any maintenance needs to the Food and Beverage Manager immediately.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, and standards of bar service.
- Sets up and Dismantle Event Bars as Directed.

- Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- Comprehensive understanding of English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
