Houseman/Set Up   

Position Reports to:  Corporate Food and Beverage Manager, Events Coordinator

Subordinate Staff: None


Basic Functions:

A set up crewmember is responsible for all daily set up, take down, and cleaning of events that take place at the club. 


Essential Functions:

  1. Take down all events and set up following event.
  2. Returns all equipment to proper storage areas. 
  3. Vacuums all areas in and around banquet rooms. 
  4. Sets up all tables, chairs, linens, etc. for event as instructed for each event. 
  5. Informs Food and Beverage Manager of any necessary equipment maintenance.
  6. Reports as needed to perform additional responsibilities not detailed as requested by the food and beverage manager at any time. 

Position Requirements:

Education:  none required

Experience:  none required

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
  • Comprehensive understanding of English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
  • Reliable transportation
