Houseman/Set Up
Position Reports to: Corporate Food and Beverage Manager, Events Coordinator
Subordinate Staff: None
Basic Functions:
A set up crewmember is responsible for all daily set up, take down, and cleaning of events that take place at the club.
Essential Functions:
- Take down all events and set up following event.
- Returns all equipment to proper storage areas.
- Vacuums all areas in and around banquet rooms.
- Sets up all tables, chairs, linens, etc. for event as instructed for each event.
- Informs Food and Beverage Manager of any necessary equipment maintenance.
- Reports as needed to perform additional responsibilities not detailed as requested by the food and beverage manager at any time.

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- Comprehensive understanding of English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- Reliable transportation
