Job Description

Job duties include oversight of contractor to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, quality assurance of work, preparation of daily reports, documentation of progress and assessment of schedule, review of construction pay estimates, cost estimating relative to contractor change orders, coordination with oversight agencies and material testing subcontractor.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in utility construction including experience with large diameter, over 24-inch, water lines open cut and trenchless. 
• OSHA trench safety and confined space training is preferred.
• Even temperament and ability to work with others in a positive environment required.
