HCM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

The HCM Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and project management of all new client conversions under the Alliance HCM brand, including successful planning, execution and deliverables. They will be expected to acquire internal resources to develop and maintain project schedule, complete project documentation and lead ongoing new client onboarding to deliver a successful, accurate and on time new client experience. Once all data is converted the Implementation Supervisor will transition the client to our Client Services Team for ongoing support.

You will be working on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, Timekeeping, HR systems and APIs that are used by thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users daily nationwide. You will be partnering with various internal Alliance HCM teams including the executive team, sales team, application support team and product development team with the goal in increase proficiencies across departments while increasing the organizations profitability.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Partner with Sales Team to execute initial discovery call with key decision makers and functionaries to ensure all conversion data and timelines are communicated and agreed on.
  • Facilitate all employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POA’s and banking data imports are balanced and reconciled prior to first live payroll.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit deductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry and HR functions are correctly implemented.
  • Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently with communication to all involved.
  • Actively drive the company vision through the utilization of Alliance HCM solutions!

Requirements

  • Direct, hands-on experience working with Human Capital Management systems, SaaS, CRM or Project Management technology.
  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Excel, Human Capital Management and SQL Server experience a plus
  • Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree (preferred)
