Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Description: The Marketing Communications Coordinator acts as the communication funnel for external customers and internal team members of Precision Valve Automation – PVA. This position is critical to PVA; the Marketing Communications Coordinator works independently in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Manager and Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all marketing, social media, trade shows, and website marketing are executed. This position requires onsite presence in Halfmoon, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the planning and creation of the social media content calendar.
- Creates graphic support for social media, posters, promotional advertising, collateral and other partner companies.
- Posts to social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Updates company website with information, events, press releases, job postings, maintenance, etc.
- Assists in collaborating with PR and digital marketing firms to identify goals, track analytics, and ensures timely execution of deliverables.
- Partners with internal departments to create data sheets and include in marketing materials.
- Takes photos of products, edits, and includes in marketing collateral.
- Assists in the planning of the annual trade show calendar, with annual budget.
- Assists in planning events and trade shows, including booth design and collateral, shipping necessary product, orders, and travel arrangements for 3-5 shows per year.
- Provides support to regional managers with collateral for regional events.
- Orders business cards for employees.

- Minimum of three (3)+ years of marketing and/or sales experience, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/graphic design, required.
