ERP Business Systems Analyst

Job Description: The ERP Business Systems Analyst oversees information systems. This position is critical to PVA; the ERP Business Systems Analyst analyzes business needs and recommends and develops information system solutions to solve business problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathers, documents and analyzes business needs and problems.
- Designs, develops and modifies business systems and automation solutions.
- Drives project selection and tracks and documents successes, KPI’s, wins/losses based on business priorities.
- Trains new and existing end-users in information systems, ERP and business processes.
- Partners with team to develop content and delivery to introduce business technology solutions and features, monthly.
- Oversees and implements ERP system enhancements to achieve maximum integration, coordination and information flow between departments.
- Develops embedded Epicor (ERP) solutions that encourage and enforce best practice compliance.
- Defines, delivers, and supports strategic plans by implementing information technologies to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoots escalated Epicor issues, daily.
- Integrates third-party software to our ERP ecosystem, as needed.
- Oversees, implements, and develops timelines for new solution implementations.
- Researches, analyzes and introduces new technology systems to provide business value.
- Provides technology, digital strategy, and guidance to the IT team in areas such as cloud computing capabilities, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other emerging technologies.
- Maintains confidentiality of customer and employee information 100% of the time.
- Creates and delivers updates and presentations to the management team, quarterly.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or computer science, required.
- Project management certification, preferred.
- Experience with Epicor 10.2 preferred, however any ERP experience is desirable.
