Principal Duties of Crew Members:
- Prepare food for customers and ensure a fantastic guest experience
- Accomplish tasks as assigned by a manager
- Follow checklists diligently
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
Responsibilities of Crew Members:
- Begin work on time as scheduled and in uniform
- Ensure each guest has a great Bread Zeppelin experience
- Work side by side with Team members to accomplish goals
- Maintain a safe a clean work environment
- Exercise sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining area.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
- Be a Brand Ambassador to Bread Zeppelin.
- Maintain professional restaurant image including proper uniforms, and appearance standards.

Physical Requirements of Crew Members
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
