Role and Responsibilities
· Contact clients and cross-sell life and financial services, maintain a book of business.
· Set Appointments with Clients and Prospects.
· Analyze and recommend coverages best suited to clients’ needs
· Grow insurance sales production.
· Assist with developing and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs
· Delivering and explaining purchased insurance plans
· Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· A minimum of 2 years experience in sales
· A high school diploma
· Transportation
· Ability to learn
· Driven self starter
· L&H Insurance license is required in the states you want to be positioned
Preferred Skills
· Must have excellent communication and personal skills.
· Mastery at customer service
· Excels at organization and time management.
· Adept at agency management system and agency workflow requirements.
· Proficient with MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
