Part-Time - Accounting Clerk

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing accounting support to the accounting department. Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivables duties daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash collections and cash applications
- Invoices customers
- Reconciles and invoices for customer rebills
- Researches and responds to customer inquiries
- Accounts Payable
- Enters invoices into system
- Responds to inquiries from vendors
- Reconciles vendor statements with internal system
- Update vendor contact/remittance information as needed
- Places checks in envelopes for mailing
- Other job-related duties as required.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum 1-3 years related working experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
- Advanced excel skills preferred but not required
