Part-Time - Accounting Clerk

Accounting

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing accounting support to the accounting department. Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivables duties daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

  • Accounts Receivable
    • Cash collections and cash applications
    • Invoices customers
    • Reconciles and invoices for customer rebills
    • Researches and responds to customer inquiries
  • Accounts Payable
    • Enters invoices into system
    • Responds to inquiries from vendors
    • Reconciles vendor statements with internal system
    • Update vendor contact/remittance information as needed
    • Places checks in envelopes for mailing
  • Other job-related duties as required.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 1-3 years related working experience

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

  • Advanced excel skills preferred but not required
  • Professional
  • Reliable and Dependable
  • Organized and Detail oriented
  • Highly efficient and Accurate
  • Confidentiality
