We are seeking bartenders to fill drink orders taken directly from guests or ordered from the wait staff for guests.  Bartenders prepare mixed drinks, serve bottled or draft beer, and pour wine or other beverages.  You should know a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix accurately and quickly without waste.  You will also need to keep the bar stocked; prepare garnishes for drinks; and maintain a supply of ice, glasses and other bar supplies.  You may also serve food for guest who dine at the bar.  You should be very easy to talk with, always smiling, and able to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome guests
• Serve drink orders
• Make mixes
• Clean bar area
• Keep an eye on the lobby
• Entertain guests who are on a wait or enjoying the bar
• Work with cash and credit cards
• Cash handling and collecting from employees
• Assist in the dessert making station
• Take care of to-go orders
• Assist in weekly inventory
• Cleaning and Side work

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 or more years bartending experience
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional in demeanor
• Punctual, Self-motivated, able to handle high volume situations
• Well groomed and professional in appearance
• Texas Food Handlers certification
• TABC certification
