COD Move Coordinator/Sales

The Role

Move Coordinator - will oversee all phases of the relocation process – from initial planning through delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive relocation experience.
• Move Planning & Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to organize logistics including packing, loading, transport, and delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of schedules, inventories, contracts, and related documentation.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to minimize disruption during the move.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure services meet company standards and client expectations.
• Post-Move Follow-Up: Reach out to clients post-delivery to collect feedback, provide claims support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Feedback & Analysis: Review survey results and customer insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to system improvements, project ideas, and departmental goals.
• Support Coverage: Provide backup support to the inbound customer service line when needed.
• Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities or special projects to support overall team success.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Experience in project management, household goods coordination, or customer support preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform well in fast-paced environments
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on high-quality service
• Familiarity with moving industry regulations and practices is a plus
• Confidence and empathy in client communication
• A history of resolving issues and exceeding service expectations
• Comfort working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
• Persuasive skills and the ability to gain client trust and cooperation
• An influence-driven approach with strong tenacity, resilience, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
• Willingness to adapt and contribute across teams when needed
