Shift Leader

We are looking for Shift Leaders to work on the front lines, responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities making sure every shift operates smoothly in a fun, dynamic, energetic environment.

This is an hourly position; however, Shift Leaders are eligible for Paid Time off.

• Supervises staff of 4-6 or more employees on each shift.
• Trains and coaches team members.
• Maintains fast, clean, accurate service, positive guest relations.
• Executes administrative duties including inventory counts, and food safety standards.
• Ensures correct procedures are used to prepare food with consistent quality.
• Helps management team in tasks.
• Preps and serves pizzas, salads and desserts.
• Works the cash register.
• Stocks supplies.
• Cleans the restaurant, etc.
• Performs other duties as requested.

• You are reliable and dependable to cover your shift as scheduled.
• You maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
• You can stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours.
• You have sense of balance, can bend, kneel and to lift up to 50 pounds.
• You must be legally able to work in the US; verified by E-Verify.
