The Evening Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly working environment, for the PFS Group office and apartment in Crystal City, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and apartment
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Dust, wipe and sanitize all surfaces
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Assist with set up and clean up for various office functions (as needed)
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and restocking
• Maintain exterior entry ways of the building
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Reliable transportation to commute to the work location
• Demonstrated stable work history

Experience

• At least one-year previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
