We are seeking a hospitality-driven bartender with a strong command of classic and contemporary cocktails, modern bartending techniques, and a deep understanding of spirits. We are a classic steakhouse known for warm, friendly service, thoughtful tableside touches, and a hospitality-first culture.
Lunch service is offered exclusively in the bar, and all new bartenders are expected to work both lunch and dinner shifts. In our collaborative bar environment, bartenders also serve tables in the lounge, so a strong foundation in food knowledge and full-service dining is essential. Must Have:
- At least 5 years fine dining experience
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
- Can work "on their feet" for extended periods of time
- Able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time, handle stress and remain cool under pressure
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Can carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently
- Related training and/or job experience that would enable applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform job
- Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions
- Must have stage presence at all times
Pay: Average $30-58/hour with commissions and tips
Lunch Average: $30 - $42/hour
Dinner Average: $42 - $58/hour
$5/hour base rate (full range $5-12.50/hour) + 10% commission on individual gross sales and 5% commission on all gross beverage sales less bottled wine.*
*In the unlikely event the base rate + commissions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, bartenders will be paid at least the minimum wage of $21.30/hour.
