Floor Supervisor Position Opening – FLOOR OPERATIONS
LOCATION: Elliott’s Oyster House, Pier 56, Seattle, WA
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION CONCEPT: Classic Seafood House
HOURS OF OPERATION: Dinner: Sun-Thurs – 4 pm to 10 pm Fri-Sat – 4 pm to 11 pm Lunch: Daily – 11 am to 4 pm
NUMBER OF SEATS: Dining Room: 200 Bar: 40 Patio: 115
Must have:
- 3 yrs. restaurant exp.
- 1 yrs management/supervisory exp.
- Be recognized as a positive, effective leader
- Demonstrate wine and liquor knowledge
- Be able to work days, nights and weekends
- Demonstrate positive, dynamic guest relations
- Demonstrate computer literacy with basic spreadsheet and word processing functions
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Current food handlers card and MAST permit
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred:
- 2 yrs. exp. In restaurant with sales exceeding $5M
Pay: $25-30/hour
