Build classic and house cocktails with precision, and maintain all prep, batches, and mise en place to support consistent service quality. 

Guide guests through oysters, spirit and wine pairings, and the restaurant’s sustainability focus to elevate their overall experience. 

Execute high-volume service with consistent timing, accuracy, and attention to detail. 

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment throughout the shift. 

Collaborate with a strong, supportive service team to ensure smooth and coordinated service flow. 

Complete opening and closing checklists, restock products, and clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and glassware to uphold safety and quality standards. 

3+ years of cocktailing experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant. 

Strong tray carrying skills (cocktail and oval trays). 

Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and accuracy. 

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available). 

Must be 21+ 

Weekend availability and reliable, consistent attendance. 

At least 6 mos. bartending experience. 

2+ years in fine dining service.  

$9/hour base rate + 12% pooled commission on direct gross sales + 5% pooled commission on all gross beverage sales (excluding bottled wine).
