Cocktail Servers needed at our beautiful waterfront location in downtown Seattle!

The Cocktail Server is a major presence in the bar and responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

Must Have:

• At least 21 years of age
• At least 2 plus years’ experience in a high volume restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Can carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently
• Can work "on their feet" for extended periods of time
• Able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
• Related training and/or job experience that would enable applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform job
• Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions
• Must have stage presence at all times

Pay: Average $32-42/hour with commissions and tips. ($9-9/hour base rate + 12% commission on direct gross sales and 5% commission on all gross beverage sales less bottle wine).*

*In the unlikely event the base rate + commissions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, cocktail servers will be paid at least the minimum wage of $20.76/hour.
