Summary: Craft fast, precise cocktails and elevate guest experiences on the waterfront. 

  

Join a team that has defined Seattle’s waterfront dining experience for nearly 50 years, where hospitality, craftsmanship, and the flavor of the Pacific Northwest come together every day. We're looking for experienced, confident bartenders who can deliver craft-quality cocktails at speed and enjoy pairing spirits with oysters and PNW seafood. What You'll Do 

  • Build classic and house cocktails with precision, and maintain all prep, batches, and mise en place to support consistent service quality. 

  • Guide guests through oysters, spirit and wine pairings, and the restaurant’s sustainability focus to elevate their overall experience. 

  • Execute high-volume service with consistent timing, accuracy, and attention to detail. 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment throughout the shift. 

  • Collaborate with a strong, supportive service team to ensure smooth and coordinated service flow. 

  • Complete opening and closing checklists, restock products, and clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and glassware to uphold safety and quality standards. 

What You Bring 

 

Must Haves 

  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant. 

  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. 

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and accuracy. 

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available). 

  • Must be 21+ 

  • Weekend availability and reliable, consistent attendance. 

Preferred 

  • 2+ years in fine dining service. 

  • Strong tray carrying skills (cocktail and oval trays). 

Pay & Compensation 

 

Average $32-$42 per hour, including commissions. 

  • $9/hour base rate + 12% pooled commission on direct gross sales + 5% pooled commission on all gross beverage sales (excluding bottled wine).  

  • If base pay plus commissions do not meet the Seattle minimum wage for the workweek, bartenders are paid at least $21.30/hr.
