Management Position Opening- DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Location: Elliott’s Oyster House, Pier 56, Seattle, WA
General Description of Location Concept: Classic Seafood House
Hours of Operation: Lunch: Daily 12pm-4pm; Dinner: Sun-Thurs 4pm-9pm, Fri-Sat 4pm-10pm
Number of Seats: Dining Room: 200 Bar: 40; Patio: 115
Must Have:
- 5 yrs Restaurant Experience
- 3 yrs Management/Supervisory Experience
- 2 yrs In restaurant with sales exceeding $5M
- Be recognized as a positive, effective leader
- Be able to Work: Days, Nights and Weekends
- Have a proven track record of Successful Training and Performance Coaching
- Demonstrate: Wine and Liquor Expertise; High Achievement with Financial Controls; Computer Literacy with Excel and Word Processing Functions

Salary: Starting at $28.25-30.75/hour (Average $69,000-76,000/year including overtime). Full range $28.25-40.86/hour).
