Server – Seattle Waterfront

Elliott’s has been Seattle’s classic seafood house since 1975, serving impeccably fresh Pacific Northwest seafood on the waterfront. We're looking for seasoned servers who enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Join us in bringing authentic hospitality to the waterfront—one table, one service, one guest at a time.
Guide the guest experience from seating to farewell, and manage coursing, pacing, and ticket timing in coordination with the expo line.
Deep WA wine, local beer, spirits, and PNW seafood and shellfish knowledge (or the hunger to master it).
Average $35-$50/per hour, including commission.
