Clear, reset, and detail tables to fine dining standards, ensuring guests are seated smoothly and without delay. 

Stock and maintain bus stations throughout opening and service to support team efficiency and steady service flow. 

Carry cocktail trays and large oval trays safely and consistently to uphold service standards and guest experience. 

Engage with guests on the floor by remaining present, attentive, and approachable at all times. 

Follow service sequences and all safety standards including food handling, health guidelines, and workplace safety while staying composed and productive in a fast paced environment. 

At least 6 months of server assistant experience in a restaurant with comparable service standards and volume. 

A hospitality mindset warm, sincere, engaging, guest driven, and comfortable being on stage in guest-facing areas. 

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stay on your feet for extended periods, and sustain a high energy level throughout the shift. 

Weekend availability and reliable, consistent attendance. 

Strong teamwork and communication reliable attendance, on-time performance, willingness to support shift needs, and follow standards and procedures. 

1+ year of server assistant experience in a restaurant with comparable quality and volume. 

Confidence carrying full cocktail trays and large oval trays safely and consistently. 

Availability to work lunch or dinner shifts. 

$4/hour base rate + 6% pooled commission on restaurant's gross sales.
