Davenport's Pizza Palace, a beloved local pizzeria known for its mouthwatering pizzas and friendly atmosphere, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our team! This position is essential to our operation, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment and supporting our kitchen staff in providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Dishwashing:**

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

- Operate industrial dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals with care.

- Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.

**Bussing:**

- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

- Reset tables with clean utensils, plates, and condiments.

- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors and taking out trash.

**General Responsibilities:**

- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including food preparation and restocking supplies.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
