**Position Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizzas in accordance with our recipes and standards, ensuring customer satisfaction with each order.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Stretch and shape pizza dough to create various styles and sizes of pizza.

- Assemble pizzas with proper toppings and ingredients, adhering to our quality standards.

- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.

- Keep the kitchen and pizza preparation area clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation standards.

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients as needed.

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and helping with special requests.

- Participate in training new staff members on pizza preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
