Maintain consistent food and beverage quality that reflects Prospectors Pizzeria & Alehouse’s brand and standards. 

Deliver outstanding, friendly, and genuine service to every guest. 

Proactively manage and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management and hourly team. 

Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and development sessions.

Drive sales performance and manage costs to achieve profitability goals. 

Oversee inventory, cash handling, and accurate daily reconciliations. 

Manage labor and scheduling to align with business volume and financial objectives. 

Utilize operational tools such as R365, Toast, SpotOn Teamwork, and MS Teams to monitor key performance indicators (labor =16%, turnover below industry standards, and sales targets). 

Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner. 

Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and clean. 

Oversee preventative maintenance and regular property inspections. 

Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance with all company and regulatory standards. 

Collaborate with company leadership on marketing initiatives, local events, and community partnerships. 

Represent Prospectors Pizzeria & Alehouse and Northern Hospitality Group with professionalism and enthusiasm within the Denali community. 

Must be 21 years of age or older. 

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or senior leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume setting. 

Proven success in operations management, financial performance, and team leadership. 

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Proficient in POS and restaurant management systems (e.g., Toast, R365). 

Excellent math, computer literacy, and administrative skills. 

Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 50–60 hours per week. 

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
