Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Avenly Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for an experienced caregiver who enjoys supporting residents, leading care staff, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently throughout the community.

The Resident Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents, families, caregivers, and management while helping oversee daily care operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor resident care services.
• Assist with care assessments and service plan updates.
• Support, train, and mentor caregiving staff.
• Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with community standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage as needed.
• Conduct resident wellness checks and follow up on care concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with medication administration when necessary.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Current Med Tech certification required.
• Previous Assisted Living experience required.
• Previous leadership, lead caregiver, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with seniors, including residents with dementia and memory care needs.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with caregivers, residents, families, and management.
