Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
Avenly Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for an experienced caregiver who enjoys supporting residents, leading care staff, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently throughout the community.
The Resident Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents, families, caregivers, and management while helping oversee daily care operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor resident care services.
- Assist with care assessments and service plan updates.
- Support, train, and mentor caregiving staff.
- Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with community standards.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage as needed.
- Conduct resident wellness checks and follow up on care concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Assist with medication administration when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required.
- Current Med Tech certification required.
- Previous Assisted Living experience required.
- Previous leadership, lead caregiver, or care coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with seniors, including residents with dementia and memory care needs.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with caregivers, residents, families, and management.
