What You'll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Manage VMI/replenishment needs and proactively identify inventory and reorder opportunities.
- Use sales and inventory data to help customers maintain appropriate product levels.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support orders, fulfillment, and customer needs.
- Support new-business opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Hands-on experience with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), inventory replenishment, or a comparable inventory-management program.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret basic sales and inventory data and make replenishment recommendations.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Experience working with CRM and spreadsheet tools.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Supervisory Responsibility
Salary Range : $70,304-$85,000 + commission
Working Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and sit for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
