We’re recruiting 2 or 3 more Motorcycle/Powersports Service Technicians to join our team. Technicians receive on-site support from a dedicated shop foreman, 3x dedicated PALS, service technician assistant, expert detail person and state of the art service facility. Each tech has at least 2-3 lifts.
This allows our team of technicians to be some of the highest producing teams in the country. We are currently a Gold Wrench dealership. You will have the opportunity to make the most billed hours in the area. Current technicians are billing over 3000 hours per year

Training is as important to us as it is to you and our Technician Program gives you continued on-site HDU training, dealership experience and one off-site PHD training per year, all expenses paid.

Pay Range: $30.00 TO $35.00 HOURLY
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Organized, Motivated and Dependable
- Completion of factory authorized formal training programs such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience. (Vehicle Technicians & Motorcycle Technicians)
- Service Technicians need both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products. All Service Technicians are required to own a set of tools.
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
- Jobs done right the first time - on time
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
- Notify Service Advisor/manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customers may be contacted and notified of the delay.
- Keep customers' vehicles cleaner than when they were dropped off. -After job is finished ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork.
- Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
- Assist PALS and Shop Foreman, when requested, with writing up work orders, communicating with customers, test riding, moving bikes or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you.
