**Job Summary:**

 

As the Third Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service, sales performance, and store presentation. You will play a key role in leading the team, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in retail management.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

  • Drive sales and margin to meet and/or exceed prior year and current budgets.
  • Manage Shrink via proven methods and processes employed by Atwoods
  • Set clear expectations and promote accountability among associates
  • Manage with purpose via morning store walks, assigning tasks to all team members and following closing procedures
  • Build a high-performing team through hiring, training, feedback, and development.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, store appearance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor budget, control inventory, minimize losses, and ensure store compliance.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that supports team growth and succession planning.
  • Communicate effectively with district leadership and team members to report on store performance and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and improve operations.
  • Lead and coach the team in product knowledge, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Manage BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) to ensure a smooth omnichannel experience.
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and performance targets.
  • Drive sales through online channels, social media, in-store events, and community outreach.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

 

- Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred.

 

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
