Description

An Atwoods retail store Stihl Tech is responsible for providing outstanding customer service through a variety of functions including but not limited to: repair of Stihl merchandise, ordering parts through Stihl website, merchandising, promotional preparation, safety, assisting other departments, answering phone inquiries, general housekeeping, and assisting customers with purchases. In addition, they are integral in loss prevention and inventory integrity.  This is a safety sensitive position.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Some travel for training will be required
• Ability to lift or move heavy merchandise-up to 50 lbs
• Math skills to count merchandise and for cash handling
• Develop product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ability to work outside in variable weather
• Extensive standing and walking
• Cooperative and willing to work as a team
• Be sure general layout of dept. is correct – fixtures, flow, merchandising
