We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our Early/Brownwood location.


**Job Summary:**

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations. Your primary objective is to maximize sales while ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and managing a team of dedicated staff. You will play a crucial role in driving store performance, implementing merchandising strategies, and cultivating a positive work environment.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Leadership & Team Management:**

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.

- Motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for staff development.


- **Sales & Customer Experience:**

- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies.

- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.


- **Store Operations:**

- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and meets company standards for cleanliness and safety.

- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and oversee product ordering to ensure adequate stock availability.

- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


- **Financial Management:**

- Develop and manage the store budget, including labor, inventory, and operational expenses.

- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to upper management.


- **Merchandising & Marketing:**

- Create visually appealing merchandising displays that promote products and drive sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives.


**Qualifications:**


- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
