Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor
Reports to: Education Director & Director of Human Resources

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Direct Therapy & Oversight
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to children ages 2–5 through:
- Early Intervention (EI)
- Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE)
- Committee on Special Education (CSE)
- DOE RSA service
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress aligned with IFSP and IEP goals
Supervision & Team Leadership
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLP CFs and SLPA team members
- Review documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Lead team meetings, reflective supervision sessions, and case consultations
- Provide onboarding support and ongoing development for SLP team members
Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner with Occupational Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, and Classroom Teachers to ensure holistic, family-centered care
- Offer input on interdisciplinary plans and classroom integration strategies
- Support communication access in classrooms by guiding visual supports, AAC tools, and staff training

Pay Rate & Benefits
SALARY & TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGES:
- Base Salary (No Benefits Selected): $80,000 – $90,000 annually
- Estimated Total Compensation with Medical Coverage Only: $87,500-$97,500 annually

- PTO: Total 6 weeks [31 days]
- Discretionary PTO Days: [10 Days - can roll over] 2 weeks PTO per calendar year.
