Compensation
 

• Ranges from $21 per hour (intermediate machinist) to $38 per hour (expert machinist) hourly pay; non-exempt FLSA class, or $43,680 to $79,040 annually.
• Based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
• A competitive sign-on bonus (up to $5,000) is offered after 6 months of employment. Certain restrictions apply.
   

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in CNC and/or manual precision machining. 
• Knowledge and proficiency in various types of CNC programming, set-up, and operation of mill and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
• Proven knowledge of gages, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
   

Responsibilities
 

• Interpret and implement customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of GD&T.
• Perform CNC programming using Mazatrol conversational programming
• Set-up and operate CNC mill and/or lathes.
• Conduct precise measurements and part inspection using gages and other measuring instruments.
   

Work Schedule
 

• Monday through Thursday with flexible shift times, though most work 6 am to 4:30 pm.
• Overtime available on Friday's. 
   

Eligibility Requirements
 

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and provide updated copy of Motor Vehicle Report with no major violations.
