Fritz's Adventure is now hiring a Revenue Team Lead for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz's is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more.
The Revenue Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all guest-facing revenue centers, including Admissions, Retail, Food & Beverage, and ancillary sales such as lockers, photos, and other retail-generating items. This role ensures smooth operations, exceptional guest service, accurate cash handling, and the achievement of sales goals, while supporting and developing the frontline team that drives the park’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations in Admissions, Retail, Food & Beverage, and ancillary sales locations including food prep, visual merchandising, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, etc.
- Ensure consistent adherence to cash handling, inventory control, and operational policies.
- Manage staffing schedules, task assignments, and breaks to ensure adequate coverage throughout the day.
- Ensure all POS systems, reporting tools, and payment processes are functioning and properly maintained.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support all of Fritz’s Adventure.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health department, and financial control regulations.
- Ensure all revenue areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Support park-wide emergency response and safety protocols as part of the management team.
Guest Experience
- Create wow moments with a welcoming, enthusiastic, and guest-focused atmosphere.
- Proactively observe and listen to guests and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and empathy.
- Model and coach exceptional guest interaction skills for all team members.
Team Development
- Train and mentor staff in admissions, retail, and F&B on guest service, sales techniques, and operational standards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate sales goals, safety updates, and daily priorities.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist in coaching and corrective actions when needed.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with the park’s mission and values.
Revenue Management
- Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and product placement in all sales areas.
- Conduct daily reconciliation and reporting of sales, cash, and inventory for assigned departments.
- Support inventory management — including receiving, restocking, and product rotation — in coordination with Retail and F&B Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and retail/f&b best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for financial accuracy.
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Must be 18 years or older.
Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required.
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
