Fritz's Adventure-Branson
Fritz's Adventure is now hiring an Admissions Team Member for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz's is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more.
The Admissions Team Member is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional first impression. This position is responsible for greeting guests, processing ticket and membership purchases, verifying waivers, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient entry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service and Welcome
Provide a warm, friendly, and energetic greeting to all arriving guests.
Assist guests with ticket selection, annual passes, pricing questions, and general park information.
Clearly communicate attraction requirements, height/weight restrictions, and waiver needs.
Direct guests to proper entry points, attraction areas, or next steps in the check-in process.
Offer exceptional service while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Ticketing
Operate the admissions POS system to process ticket sales, memberships, gift cards, and waivers.
Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital payments following company cash-handling policies.
Issue wristbands, passes, or credentials based on attraction access rules.
Apply promotions, discounts, or group pricing according to policy.
Maintain awareness of park capacity, wait times, and operational updates.
Guest Relations
Handle guest questions, concerns, or basic service recovery needs with professionalism.
Escalate more complex guest issues to MOD or General Manager.
Support Lost & Found procedures as needed.
Maintain clean, organized admission and entry areas.
Teamwork and Communication
Work collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate clearly via radio or other park communication systems.
Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with guests of all ages.
Ability to operate POS and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Prior customer service or admissions/ticketing experience preferred but not required.
Must be 16 years or older.
Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule & Environment:
Part-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required.
Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
