**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:** Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- **Team Leadership:** Assist in training new staff members, providing coaching and support to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- **Shift Management:** Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, including managing staffing levels, monitoring inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- **Food Preparation:** Ensure that food is prepared according to company specifications and food safety standards while maintaining high-quality standards across both Popeyes and Five Guys menus.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or leadership training preferred.
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills to manage cash and register operations.
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).
